TWO WAYS of USE: Install the base and the container can be used on any desktop. With the base stowed away the container is suitable for dispensing liquids on a shelf. Not as hard to move around as bulky glass laundry detergent dispensers.  Can be used in the laundry room to store liquid laundry detergent, soap, fabric softener, bleach etc. Please press the plastic clip down FULLY to tighten during the faucet installation to avoid accidental leakage. Secondly make sure to fully close the faucet once dispensing is done.
